Intensive Connection to Spirit through Contemplative Silence

As a budding research scientist at the University of Hawai’i at Hilo, Lynne’s son Kosta studied the well-being of juvenal tropical fish. His astonishing senior research findings demonstrated that when fish sanctuaries are implemented, fish, unmolested, become much healthier ecologically than other fish: successive generations are stronger and more robust. Human beings are not so different.

Give yourself permission, the space, the means and the psychic and spiritual support for true spiritual awakening.

The only way you will ever awaken is through silence, not through analyzation of facts, not by sorting out good and bad, but through simple silence, letting go. Letting go of all thoughts, all the hurts, all the dogmas and concepts. Letting go of these things daily. ---- Robert Adams
Less and less do you need to force things, until finally you arrive at non-action. When nothing is done, nothing is left undone. ---- Lao-Tsu, Tao te Ching

Meet lynne

Lynne’s role in your process of awakening is to hold the space and the frequency for your spiritual realization.

As Spirit On the Rock’s founder, her teaching and non-profit expertise is extensive.

Lynne worked closely with spiritual teacher Richard Moss for a number of years, assisting in his retreats. She first started working with Eckhart Tolle on a rainy British Columbia island over 30 years ago. It was late September, the only accommodation left was camping by herself in the rain, and it was the best thing she did for herself that entire decade.
